Mr. McGill plans and directs all aspects of Prospective Technology, Inc. policies, objectives and initiatives. He is responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Mr. McGill directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. Overall responsibility for managing technical, cost and schedule performance.

As Litigation Director Mr. McGill leads a team of individuals in complex litigation cases involving alleged exposure to hazardous materials in providing litigation support functions to government attorneys. These litigation support activities include, but are not limited to collecting, scanning and coding documents, researching and analyzing data, locating and coordinating with expert witnesses, developing air sampling databases, preparing fact witnesses and expert witnesses for trial, and preparing trial exhibits and other demonstrative evidence. Members of these litigation support teams consist of analysts, researchers, engineers/scientists, software developers, data entry clerks, paralegals, attorneys and other professional personnel.
